CheckOut Restructuring and User Journey Analysis for Digi.girls

In this project, we worked closely with the Digi.girls team to restructure the checkout process and perform a detailed analysis of the user journey on their website.

Before: The previous checkout had several glitches and friction points that negatively impacted the user experience, resulting in high cart abandonment rates. Additionally, the user journey was not clearly defined, making navigation and decision-making difficult.

After: After an in-depth analysis of the user journey, we identified the main points for improvement and proposed a complete restructuring of the check-out. We implemented a new, more intuitive and simplified payment flow, reducing the number of steps required and making the process faster and more efficient.

Results: With the changes implemented, Digi.girls experienced a significant improvement in its conversion metrics, with a significant reduction in cart abandonment rates. The user journey has also been optimized, providing a more fluid and pleasant experience for website visitors.
